Space Rentals
Host Your Event at the STCC
Space is available to rent in our newly renovated facility. A staff member will be there to greet you when you enter and answer any questions you may have during your rental.

Rates
- Pool: $150 per hour*
- Gymnasium: $80 per hour for full gym/$40 per hour for half gym
- Art room: $30 per hour
- Large Conference room: $50 per hour
- Small meeting room: $30 per hour
- Medium Board Room: $30 per hour
- Small gyms: $30 per hour
*This price will increase based on the total number of people swimming.
